THAT moment when Halle Berry made her grand entrance on James Bond as she walked ever-so gracefully out of the water, will forever be one of the most iconic moments in the history of movies.

But even though that was back in 2002, her body has not changed a single bit — and sadly, we are not even joking.

Now 51, she looks amazing. She looks so stunning that we’re beginning to think that she’s built some secret time machine that she ain’t sharing with anyone else.

However, according to her PT, Peter Lee Thomas, there is no secret time machine involved — in fact, it all comes down to her strict commitment to fitness.

“I had no idea what her age was when I met her,” Thomas says in an interview with People.

“I never looked or was interested in that, and when I found out, I was absolutely shell-shocked because she has the discipline and athleticism of a 25-year-old.”

So naturally, Thomas decided to push the boundaries by turning up the intensity of her workouts by tenfold, with a combination of martial arts, boxing, yoga and “a lot of military training [like] the navy Seals would do.”

Berry trains five days a week, but Thomas doesn’t go easy on her and instead surprises her with something new every day. “I bring a constellation of things,” he said.

“That, in itself, is quite challenging because she has to be ready almost on improv. It can break a lot of people, who don’t see the workout the day prior.”

To add to her gruelling workout regimen, she’s also strict with her diet, too, in which she follows the popular keto diet to the tee.
